Precise targeting, let down by uneven reliability and one of the steepest price ladders.

The reliability problem
Most established networks answer nearly everything you send them. SOAX did in four countries out of five, running between 96.7% and 99.6%. The United Kingdom did not: 79.3% of requests completed, meaning roughly one in five failed inside a ten second timeout.
That is the widest country-to-country swing we recorded from any provider still trading normally, and it matters more than a headline pool number. A failed request is paid for twice, once in bandwidth and once in the retry, and an unattended crawl that loses a fifth of its requests in one market will quietly produce a partial dataset.
We are reporting a single window rather than a long-term uptime figure, so treat this as a reason to test the United Kingdom yourself before committing rather than as a permanent verdict.
Pool, targeting and price
SOAX served 159,975 live IPs across the five countries, which places it in the middle of the field: comfortably ahead of the boutique networks, well behind the largest. Its 1,763 distinct operators are a reasonable spread for that size.
Targeting is where it genuinely differentiates. City, region, ASN and carrier filtering are all available, and UDP/QUIC support is rare among residential providers. If your work depends on reaching a specific carrier in a specific city, that is worth real money.
The pricing ladder is the hard part. A 100 GB month costs $300, roughly three times what several networks charge for a comparable or deeper pool, and the $0.85 rate everyone quotes requires committing $3,000 a month. Our own rate is $1.00 per GB at 100 GB and $0.75 at volume, a disclosed commercial interest.
