Residential proxies route your internet traffic through real devices with genuine IP addresses assigned by ISPs. Unlike datacenter proxies, they look like regular users to websites, making them ideal for tasks that require high trust and low block rates. Shifter lets you control IP rotation based on your needs. You can rotate IPs using a session ID (sid) or define a time-to-live (ttl) for each session. If neither sid nor ttl is set, a new IP is assigned on every request by default.
