ISP proxies are static IP addresses assigned by real ISPs and reserved exclusively for one customer. The IP stays the same for the lifetime of the plan, so every request from that IP looks like the same trusted residential user. They combine the authenticity of residential IPs with the speed of datacenter infrastructure.
Residential proxies change the outbound IP automatically (per request, per session, or via ttl) and are best for large-scale data collection. ISP proxies pin a fixed IP to your account and are best for account management, social platforms, and any workflow where a consistent identity matters.
