DataImpulse Review
The value pick: flat $1 per GB, no subscription, and a mid-sized pool to match.
The short version
- DataImpulse returned 172,893 live IPs across five countries, mid-table for the series.
- Median responses of 430 ms to 501 ms put it among the quicker networks we measured.
- Pricing is flat at $1.00 per GB with no subscription, dropping to $0.80 above 1 TB, and traffic never expires.
- The pool is roughly 60% of the deepest networks, and 63 French operators against the 148 we recorded.

What we measured
Live IPs each network had answering during the same test window, five countries, identical request volumes and concurrency for both sides.

| France | 22,069 | 33,581 | 63 |

Honest pricing, and what it buys
DataImpulse charges $1.00 per GB whether you buy 5 GB or 500, with no subscription and no expiry on unused traffic. In a market where headline rates routinely require four-figure monthly commitments, that is a genuinely different posture and it is the main reason to consider them.
Performance backs it up. Medians ran 430 ms to 501 ms, quicker than most of the field including several networks charging three times as much.
The pool is where the money shows. It returned 172,893 live addresses across five countries against 306,410 from the deepest network, so roughly 60%. In the United States it served 86,976.
Where the mid-sized pool bites
Pool depth matters when you send enough traffic that addresses start repeating, and when the sites you hit react to seeing the same operator too often. DataImpulse drew from 1,526 distinct networks across the five countries against the 2,441 we recorded, and France was the thinnest at 63 operators against 148.
For steady mid-volume work on ordinary targets, none of that is likely to be your bottleneck, and you will be paying a fraction of what the premium networks charge.
For heavy or defensive targets it will be. Our own rate is $0.75 per GB above 200 GB with a deeper pool and wider spread, which is a disclosed commercial interest rather than a neutral observation.
Pricing

| 100 GB | 100 GB | $1.00 | $100 |
| Volume | 1 TB+ | $0.80 | $800+ |
