Each proxy stays in the city and on the ISP (ASN) you choose for the whole billing period, while the exact address can refresh over time, the same way a home broadband connection does. Residential proxies change the outbound IP automatically (per request, per session, or via ttl) and are best for large-scale data collection. ISP proxies keep each proxy in one city and on one ISP for the whole billing period and are best for account management, social platforms, and any workflow where a consistent location matters.
