FAQ
Is bandwidth really unlimited?
Section titled “Is bandwidth really unlimited?”Yes. No traffic caps, no overage charges, no throttling on any plan. The bill scales by IP count, not usage.
How different are these from residential proxies?
Section titled “How different are these from residential proxies?”ISP proxy IPs are pinned to your account and never change. Residential Proxies gives you a new IP every request (or every 1-30 minutes with sticky sessions) across our full residential pool. ISP proxies are for consistent identity; rotating is for scale.
What ISPs do the IPs come from?
Section titled “What ISPs do the IPs come from?”All IPs come from Tier 1 Internet Service Providers with large, clean residential subnets. They are genuine residential lines, indistinguishable from home broadband from the target site’s perspective.
What locations are available?
Section titled “What locations are available?”ISP proxies are available in six countries: the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. After you purchase a plan, you choose where your IPs are located, all in one country or spread across several, whatever suits you. This choice is set once, before your IPs are provisioned, and cannot be changed afterward, so pick what matches your workflow. See Country setup for the steps.
What protocols are supported?
Section titled “What protocols are supported?”HTTP(S) only. SOCKS5 is not supported on ISP proxies — use Residential Proxies if you need SOCKS5.
Do I authenticate per IP?
Section titled “Do I authenticate per IP?”Each IP has its own username and password, but they are scoped to your account. You can also whitelist source IPs to authenticate by source rather than credentials.
What’s the refund policy?
Section titled “What’s the refund policy?”3-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. Eligible if you contact support within 3 days of the charge.
