Use cases

ISP proxies are the right pick whenever the target site expects a consistent identity. Rotating IPs trip account logins, invalidate sessions, and flag checkout flows as suspicious.

Running multiple Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or LinkedIn accounts? Pin one ISP proxy per account. The platform sees a stable home connection from a consistent city, so it does not flag logins as “new device” every time. Works out of the box with Multilogin, GoLogin, and other antidetect browsers.

Any workflow that needs to keep a session alive for longer than 30 minutes cannot use rotating sticky sessions (capped at 30 minutes). ISP proxy IPs hold the session indefinitely. Typical fits:

  • E-commerce cart abandonment flows where you watch pricing changes for hours
  • Long-running scrapes against rate-limited APIs that remember your IP
  • Manual account work where staff hold a browser open all day

Partner APIs, B2B dashboards, and internal tools often require you to whitelist source IPs before granting access. You cannot whitelist a rotating pool; you can whitelist an ISP proxy IP. Pick one IP per integration, register it with the partner, and route only that integration’s traffic through it.

When you need to prove that an ad is serving correctly from, say, a Comcast customer in Chicago, rotating country-level residential is too coarse. ISP proxies let you pin the ISP and the city, so every check comes from the exact same fingerprint the end user sees.

Rotating a new IP every request against the same target is the #1 trigger for CAPTCHAs. If the target tolerates slow traffic, a single ISP proxy IP used rhythmically does not trip the pattern detectors.
