How billing works
Section titled “How billing works”- Subscription
- Plans bill monthly. The cycle starts on your activation date and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Credits & bandwidth
- Residential Proxies meter per GB. ISP Proxies meter per pinned IP. Scraping APIs meter per credit consumed.
- Overage from wallet
- When you exhaust a bandwidth plan, overage is auto-billed from your wallet at the same per-GB rate. Top up to keep requests flowing.
- Upgrade & downgrade
- Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated against your remaining unused bandwidth. Downgrades start at the next cycle.

Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Invoices are generated automatically after each payment and emailed to the address on your billing profile. You can also download any invoice from the Billing tab in the panel.
Cancelling
Section titled “Cancelling”Cancel any plan at any time from the panel. Active services remain available until the end of the current billing cycle — no proration on cancellation.
Promo codes
Section titled “Promo codes”Apply promo codes at checkout. If you received a code after signing up, paste it in Billing → Apply Code in the panel.
