Wie diese Bewertungen erstellt werden
Sechs der acht Kriterien stammen aus unseren eigenen Messungen: aktive IP-Anzahl, Netzwerkverteilung, Erfolgsrate, Antwortzeit, veröffentlichter Preis pro GB und Länderabdeckung, jeweils normalisiert über alle von uns getesteten Netzwerke. Funktionen und Transparenz werden beurteilt und tragen zusammen nur ein Zehntel zur Gesamtwertung bei. Shifter verkauft ebenfalls Proxys, weshalb die Methode veröffentlicht und die Bewertungen berechnet statt vergeben werden.
